Emergency Response

During the past two years the Dairy Extension Centre has responded to a wide range of emergency situations, including drought, fire, flood, pests and disease outbreaks. Drought has been the most widespread emergency.

Often this involved an initial emergency response followed by substantial recovery work to help landowners re-establish their business and comunities as quickly as possible.
